Cool Vendor in Security and Privacy Securent Named Cool Vendor by Gartner Securent was included in the list of “Cool Vendors” in the “Cool Vendors in Security and Privacy, 2006” report (Roberta J. Witty, et al., March 11, 2006) by Gartner, Inc. Securent was recognized for its standards-based authorization product which serves as an alternative to custom code and siloed, inconsistent authorization initiatives.
